Venice is possibly the most romantic city you’ll ever visit. It seems almost redundant to describe the charms of this fabulous ‘floating’ city, surrounded by hundreds of tiny canals. Spend the days hopelessly lost as you wander through the maze of footpaths (no cars, bikes or scooters here), or hop aboard a gondola and see all this city has to offer from the water.
