Known as the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas is filled with astounding resorts, world famous entertainment, and a remarkable assortment of dazzling casinos. Aside from the glam and glitz, there is also a large artist community here. On the First Friday of each month a show is held in the Arts District downtown. This lets local artists and musicians exhibit their work. Camping, biking, hiking, rafting, hot air ballooning and many other activities are available just outside the city.
