Q: How will I receive my confirmation when I book online?
A: Once you have completed your booking on our web site you will automatically receive a confirmation number and itinerary. You will also receive a follow-up call from our online services department within 24 hours, in order to go through the details of your reservation. BelairTravel.com is the only on-line travel agency currently offering a follow up service in Canada.

Q: How do I get my travel documents?
A: Please note that your tickets will be issued electronically. They will be released within 2 weeks of departure or within 48 hours, in case of last minute reservations.

Q: Will I have to give my credit card information over the net if I choose to book online?
A: Yes, it is necessary. It is just as safe using your card on our site as it is at your favourite restaurant - maybe even safer. Moreover, the rules regulating credit card usage is the same on the internet as is for other utilities. You would be responsible for no more than $50 in the event of fraud.

Q: I saw an ad for a flight with a better price. Why is it that I do not get this price via BelAirTravel.com?
A: There are two possible reasons:
In the first place, we only display available seats. It is possible that the price you saw is now sold out.
Secondly, it is possible that a special fare is being offered by a re-seller that has already purchased seats from an airline and which they are re-selling them to the public. Call us and we can talk about it.

Q: I know that this airline has a flight for this time, but it is not listed on BelAirTravel.com. Why?
A: We only show available seats. If the flight is sold out, it will not be displayed.
