Q: Can I reserve and buy a ticket via BelAirTravel.com?
A: Yes! BelAirTravel.com is the first Canadian multi-functional reservation system on the web.

Q: How will I receive my confirmation when I book online?
A: Once you have completed your booking on our web site you will automatically receive a confirmation number and itinerary. You will also receive a follow-up call from our online services department within 24 hours, in order to go through the details of your reservation.

Q: How do I get my travel documents?
A: Delivery of tickets is pre-determined at the time you make your reservation. Options include the following however please note that not all of these ticket delivery options may be applicable to the flight or package you have booked: (your agent will discuss which options are available to you)

Office Pick-up for Paper tickets / Packages: Tickets are sent to agencies approximately two weeks prior to flight departure. For bookings that include hotel arrangements and/or car rental, a voucher is provided with tickets and is required in order for you to receive the services booked.

Airport Pick-up: Package or Air Only Bookings made with a registered Tour Operator within 14 days of flight departure will be available from Tour Operator representatives at the airport on the day of departure. If booking was made outside 14 days of flight departure, Airport Pick-up can also be arranged by calling your travel agent directly or select Airport Pick-up when you book online.

Courier: Bookings made outside 14 days of flight departure can be arranged for Courier service. The courier fee may be different depending on the mailing address, please contact you Travel agent for more details. If you selected Courier service for an online reservation, the courier fee is going to be a separate charge and one of our Online Fulfillment agents will contact you to verify the mailing address and cost.

Electronic Tickets: Most Scheduled Airlines will issue E-tickets for destinations. However, there are some travel routings that require code-share flights or stopovers for which E-tickets cannot be issued. Also, Charter Airlines and some Tour Operators such as Sunquest, Signature, Air Transat and Skyservice now ONLY offer E-tickets for Air-Only and package reservations to select destinations. Your agent will advise you accordingly if this is the case and will email to you a copy of your e-ticket once it becomes available which is generally within 2 weeks prior to departure. For online reservations, if you selected E-tickets, one of our Online Fulfillment agents will check with the Airline and make other arrangements if E-ticket is not available.

Q: Will I have to give my credit card information over the net if I choose to book online?
A: Yes, it is necessary. It is just as safe using your card on our site as it is at your favourite restaurant - maybe even safer. Moreover, the rules regulating credit card usage is the same on the internet as is for other utilities. You would be responsible for no more than $50 in the event of fraud.

SSL technology scrambles your credit card information BEFORE it even gets to the net. This renders internet purchases as safe as telephone purchases. In the first place, we only display available seats. It is possible that the price you saw is now sold out.
Secondly, it is possible that a special fare is being offered by a re-seller that has already purchased seats from an airline and which they are re-selling them to the public.

Q: I know that this airline has a flight for this time, but it is not listed on BelAirTravel.com. Why?

A: We only show available seats. If the flight is sold out, it will not be displayed.
